Bree Soellner always had a dream to be involved in residential real estate.
Bree moved to San Diego in 2003 to attend college at the University of San Diego. She graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. She has a background in sales, marketing and the legal industry. After working at La Jolla based law firm, Tyson & Mendes, LLP, and San Diego based firm, the Law Offices of Guy Levy & Associates, she gained extensive knowledge which has been exceedingly beneficial in her representation of buyers and sellers.
She has won multiple awards since beginning her real estate journey August 2014. She has won the Silver Achievement Award for April to June 2015, Bronze Silver Achievement Award for July to September 2015, and most notably, ROOKIE OF THE YEAR for 2015. She was just awarded the Bronze Achievement Award for the entire 2015 year. Since embarking on her real estate career in 2014, she has sold over $5,670,000 in sales.
She excels in working with and being of service to others in San Diego. Her desire to help others is further evidenced in her volunteer work. She has volunteered throughout her life, including many events in San Diego and with her church, including the annual Toys for Joy event, which is held every December.
While Bree’s experience working with people across multiple industries in San Diego and in her volunteer work, it is her love for running and fitness that further highlights her tireless work ethic and consistency in getting the job done. She has ran eight half marathons and many other races over the years and continues to train for more in the future.
Everything Bree sets her mind to, she accomplishes, and this dedication and dependability is something she plans to give to all her clients. As her husband Sonny can also attest to, she never gives up on anything she does and will not give up on helping her clients buy and sell their homes in the future.
